How old do I have to be to Join ESAR?

• 14 years old and done with the 8th grade by the time training starts. Note that DEM won't process anyone under the age of 14. If you are 14 and not in the 8th grade, you can go through the training if you were 14 before April 1st and become a full member upon graduating from the 8th grade.

Can you sponsor me for EMT classes?

• ESAR will sponsor only those persons who join the unit, take and complete training, and participate in missions.

When is your training?

• Our training season is September through March each year.
